STORAGE
Medicinal products are stored separately from other products likely to alter them and are protected from the harmful effects of light, temperature, moisture and other external factors, an appropriate security of stocks being ensured
CLASS FARM WAREHOUSE’s warehouse is equipped with all the necessary systems to ensure the proper temperature/humidity and the integrity of the products, including systems for temperature-controlled storage of the products, between 2-8° C.
All the activities (purchasing , receipt of goods, storage, handling, packaging and transport of the products) are carried out against GDP regulations in place, based on well documented procedures, and regularly inspected by the National Drug and Medical Devices Agency.
SUPPLY
CLASS FARM WAREHOUSE SRL, company authorised by the National Drug and Medical Devices Agency, for procurement, possesion and delivery of medicines given based on medical prescription, medicines given without medical prescription, drugs derived from blood, immunological drugs, products distributed within the „cold chain ” (which require handling at low temperatures) and Medical Devices , has developed in the last 6 years ,several partnerships , with both local and international wholesalers , EU members, for both sourcing and selling medical products , to other authorised wholesalers , and pharmacies .
All the products we are dealing with are sourced from Authorised Wholesalers , verified and frequently audited by our Responsible Person , and comply with the legal regulations.
DISTRIBUTION
CLASS FARM WAREHOUSE has the responsibility to protect medicinal products against breakage, adulteration and theft, and to ensure that temperature conditions are maintained within acceptable limits during transport.
The car fleet ensures picking, transport and delivery of the medicinal products on the entire Romanian territory and it is equipped for maintaining and monitoring humidity and temperature of the medicines according to the recommendations of the manufacturers (including cold transport 2-8°C).
The required storage conditions for medicinal products are maintained during transportation within the defined limits as described by the manufacturers or on the outer packaging. If a deviation such as temperature excursion or product damage has occurred during transportation, this will be reported to the distributor and recipient of the affected medicinal products.
